Being a Community Member at The OR will give you the best value. Sign up monthly and use our Open Workspace or a Private Office as your base. Please have a look at our membership plans and pricing and contact us to sign up.
Currently, at The OR @ 80 LMR, we have offices for teams of two and four. As we
expand, we will be able to accommodate teams of various sizes. Please contact us if
you are interested in one of our Private Offices for any of our spaces.
We offer a business address service for members who commit to a community membership at The OR for at least 3 months.
I am interested in booking a meeting in the Boardroom, what kind of concierge services do you provide?
For meeting room bookings, we are happy to organize food and beverage for your
group. Please let us know in advance what you would like, and we will accommodate your requests as best as possible.
At The OR, we will be hosting social, educational, inspirational and experimental events where our members and guests will have the opportunity to meet one another.
Yes of course. We would be delighted to discuss your ideas for an event at The OR, and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us to arrange a meeting with our team.
Unfortunately, we are unable to freeze memberships.
Community membership with a private office is a commitment of minimum 3 months. We do not offer refunds should you wish to cancel within this time period. We require a 1-month written notice should you wish to discontinue your membership after the 3 month period is up.
As a member or a guest of The OR, you may entertain visitors in our meeting room
space. Please speak to one of our Community Hosts, who will assist you in making a
booking for our Boardroom.
For On Demand Services, booking confirmation is only guaranteed upon receipt of
payment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply, should you wish to cancel any prior
commitments with less than 48 hours notice of the booking. Written notification of any cancellation is required.
If you would like your child to accompany you at The OR, On-Demand rates will apply. However, we do not encourage children under the age of 16.
We are in close proximity to a variety of food options, such as Nirvanna, Tea Tree
Creperie, Chez Maria and Taurus Court, located in the same building. We also have
CPJ, CRU, Y.Not.Pita, East Japanese, TGIF and Pastry Passions across the street.
Yes we do have on-site parking downstairs, as well as a roof top parking lot available for small cars. Please ask the security downstairs to assist you with the lift to the rooftop.
